Emily C. Osgood represents clients in the areas of business and corporate law and private client services, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She works with clients on corporate transactions including entity formation and maintenance and educates and advises small business owners on succession planning strategies. She represents young families and large family estates in estate planning and administration matters. In her practice, Emily works collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders including financial professionals to create holistic strategies for her clients.
Emily aims to make legal services more approachable and brings peace of mind to her clients throughout the legal engagement. She works with individuals, families, and businesses at all walks of life and stages of growth to ensure their goals are met.
