Heather Paul brings more than two decades of compliance and legal experience in the financial services sector along with a passion for estate planning, real estate, business and tax to her practice. She is dedicated to helping established families and empty nesters develop and maintain comprehensive plans that honor their wishes, protect their assets, and provide for their loved ones and charitable pursuits.

Heather focuses on advocating for clients navigating the complexities of preserving and transferring wealth. Whether advising on business succession strategies, creating tax-efficient solutions, or ensuring the protection of family legacies, Heather takes a personalized approach to each client’s situation, often partnering with legal, financial and tax professionals to deliver holistic and tailored outcomes that align with her client’s goals and values.

Heather recognizes every client’s situation is completely unique. She takes a client-centered approach by listening carefully to what is most important to them, meeting them where they are, and then using her unique skill set to design a comprehensive plan that ensures their wishes will be honored.

Heather is a Denver native now residing in Monument with her two teen boys and two dogs. She enjoys watching her boys play ice hockey, traveling, skiing, swimming and playing with her dogs.
