At 3i Law, we are proud to support our team members who go above and beyond in service to their communities. We are thrilled to announce that attorney Heather Paul has been officially appointed to the Town of Monument’s Citizens Service Levels Advisory Committee.
This newly established committee plays a vital role in shaping the future of Monument by advising the Town Council on service levels and the financial strategies needed to support them. As the Town prepares its 2026 budget, the committee will:
- Evaluate the depth and breadth of services currently provided to residents.
- Review the Town’s revenue sources and expenditures.
- Recommend adjustments to service levels based on community needs and fiscal realities.
- Explore and propose revenue options to fund those services sustainably.
Heather’s legal experience, analytical mindset, and passion for public service make her an ideal fit for this role. Her participation will help ensure that the Town Council receives thoughtful, well-informed recommendations that reflect both the needs of residents and the long-term financial health of the community.
“I’m honored to serve on the Citizens Service Levels Advisory Committee,” said Heather. “This is a unique opportunity to listen to our community, understand its priorities, and help shape the services that impact our daily lives. I’m grateful to the Town of Monument for the trust they’ve placed in me and excited to contribute to this important work.”
We commend Heather for her commitment to civic engagement and are honored to support her as she contributes to a healthier, more vibrant, and sustainable Monument.
Congratulations, Heather!
